Gmail users:

If you use Gmail, you’ll need to take a few extra steps to make sure you receive special offers.

As you may have seen, Gmail is now using a “Tabbed Inbox.” As new messages arrive, they will automatically be placed in one of the following folders: Primary, Social, Promotions, Updates, or Forums.

Emails that include an unsubscribe link, which is required by law for all email services, will be redirected to the Promotions Tab, which means you may never see our messages. To make sure this doesn’t happen to you…

1) Click the Promotions Tab in your inbox.

2) When you see our message, drag and drop that email onto the Primary Tab.

3) It will ask if you’d like future emails from that sender to go into your Primary Inbox. Click Yes.

4) You’re all set!

If you’d like to see all of your email, you can turn off Gmail’s new tabbed system by clicking the gear icon in the upper right, clicking ‘Settings’ in the drop-down menu, and clicking the ‘Inbox’ tab. Once there, uncheck every option (Social, Promotion, etc.) except for Primary. Save changes and you’re ready to go!
